I didn't really do anything. Alondra took my initial inquiry call and it was auto pilot from there! She quickly supplied several quotes, she explained in easy to understand terms, she figured policies using 500 dollar deductibles and again with 1000 dollar deductibles, at my request. I have been so upset with a response I received from one of the reps a few months ago. I was going to start looking for a different insurance because of it. But I had to call today and I ended up with Trisha Gonzalez. Because of how Trisha handled my concerns and explained everything to me... I decided to stay. Steve Razo is the BEST agent i have ever worked with. He is always friendly, professional, helpful, and patient. He takes the time to figure out what i need and to make sure I understand everything very well and to answer all the questions I have (and sometimes I have a lot 😂) But Steve is very knowledgeable and he always takes the time to work through everything with me and makes sure I understand everything and I have the best plan for my needs. And on top of all that, he's always such a genuinely friendly person. It truly feels more like calling a good friend than calling an agent whenever we talk. I highly recommend both him and the office he works at.

Jenn Felix is not only a great person & makes sure your Home & auto insurance is up to date but she saved my husbands life. He came to the office & she noticed he was acting strange. She got him home where he was taken by ambulance to the hospital. I had many more years with him. She may not save your life but she will be sure your home & auto insurance is everything you need.
